Use a workspace for one company, product, or product area. Examples:- Acme

Invite teammates
Invite people who can add or use customer context. Good teammates to invite:- Product managers
- CX and support leads
- Designers

- Customer success
- Sales leaders
- Engineers who need customer context for product work
Keep ownership clear
For important journeys and opportunities, make sure someone owns the next step. Ownership does not need to be heavy. It just answers:- Who will look at this?
- Who will decide what happens next?
- Who will keep the item updated?

- Add evidence when a problem repeats
- Link product work back to the related opportunity
