A workspace is where your team works together in Custory. It contains journeys, personas, integrations, members, and settings.

Create a clear workspace

Use a workspace for one company, product, or product area. Examples:
  • Acme
  • Acme Growth
  • Acme Support Experience
Keep the name recognizable so invited teammates know they are in the right place.

Invite teammates

Invite people who can add or use customer context. Good teammates to invite:
  • Product managers
  • CX and support leads
  • Designers
  • Founders
  • Customer success
  • Sales leaders
  • Engineers who need customer context for product work

Keep ownership clear

For important journeys and opportunities, make sure someone owns the next step. Ownership does not need to be heavy. It just answers:
  • Who will look at this?
  • Who will decide what happens next?
  • Who will keep the item updated?

Workspace habits

Helpful habits:
  • Review one key journey every week
  • Add evidence when a problem repeats
  • Link product work back to the related opportunity
  • Clean up old items during planning
  • Invite support and CX early, not after decisions are made
