Use AI where the work happens

Custory AI is designed to work close to the journey, step, or item you are editing. That means the answer can use the surrounding context instead of asking you to explain everything again.

Review before you use

Always review AI output before relying on it. AI can help organize and draft, but your team should still decide:

  • Is this the right priority?
  • Is the next step clear?
Do not paste private customer data into places where your team would not normally store it. Follow your company privacy rules.
